Premium apparel pattern development

A production partner for garments that need close attention.

Our team coordinates fabric, fit, construction and branding against the actual use of the garment—not a fixed catalogue.

What happens after you send an enquiry.

Six practical stages take a product from initial information to packing and delivery coordination.

01

Share the brief

Send a tech pack, reference sample, artwork or a clear product idea.

02

Development & sampling

Review fabric, pattern, construction and decoration; typical sampling is 3–10 days after key details are confirmed.

03

Approve the specification

Confirm fit, fabric, colour, artwork and workmanship through the approved sample.

04

Bulk production

Materials, cutting, sewing and selected specialist processes move into controlled production.

05

Quality control

Incoming, pre-production, first-piece, in-line and finished-garment checks are applied at defined points.

06

Packing & delivery

Product, size, quantity, labels and packing are checked before shipment coordination.
